Hello! I’m Tirbawan Mahadeo, a proud farmer hailing from the lush landscapes of Essequibo Coast, specifically the 12 West Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this beautiful land, where the vibrant culture and rich biodiversity of Guyana inspire me daily. From cultivating our staple crops like rice and cassava to enjoying the spicy flavors of pepperpot and the sweet taste of fresh coconut, my life revolves around the land and its bounties.
Growing up in Guyana, I have always cherished the sense of community that defines us. Whether it's gathering for lively celebrations during Mashramani or sharing stories by the riverbank, these moments remind me of the unique bond we share as Guyanese. I believe it's important to showcase the beauty of our country to the world, as many still don’t realize how truly remarkable Guyana is.
