Hello! I’m Tracy Cummings, a proud resident of Pomeroon in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery of our rivers and wetlands, I've developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture and heritage. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of pepperpot at a family gathering or taking a leisurely stroll along the Pomeroon River, my heart is rooted firmly in this vibrant land.
As someone who has experienced the warmth and camaraderie of our diverse communities, I cherish the connections we've built both locally and within the diaspora. I often hear people jokingly refer to us as "GUY ANNAS," and it warms my heart to see how our culture thrives, even miles away from home. I hope to share the beauty of our landscapes and the spirit of our people, encouraging others to visit places like Berbice and discover the hidden gems Guyana has to offer.
Through my work and interactions, I aim to bridge the gap between our homeland and the global stage, fostering understanding and appreciation for what makes Guyana unique.
