As a resident of Guyana, I've experienced the highs and lows of life in our country. While we celebrate our culinary treasures like pepperpot and metemgee, I acknowledge the challenges we face, especially regarding infrastructure and safety. It's a bittersweet reality, but the warmth of our people and the strength of our community keep hope alive.
