Growing up in this vibrant region, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, from the mouthwatering taste of pepperpot and metemgee to the warmth of community life under the swaying palms along the Pomeroon River. My roots run deep here, and I carry the stories of our ancestors in everything I do.
