Growing up in this beautiful region, I have always been surrounded by the lush landscapes that make our country unique. The Pomeroon River flows nearby, a source of life and sustenance for many in our community. I often find joy in sharing tales of our local landmarks with my customers, from the serene beauty of the Essequibo Islands to the vibrant street life in Georgetown, affectionately known as "Jarj Town" by some.
