Growing up along the banks of the Essequibo River has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the rich culture and traditions that define our beautiful Guyana. From enjoying the freshest crab caught right over the Demerara River to savoring local delicacies like pepperpot and roti, my heart truly lies in the flavors of home.
