In my downtime, you can find me indulging in some of our local delicacies. Nothing beats a flavorful bowl of pepperpot or a steaming plate of roti with curry. I often reminisce about the days spent at the markets, where the aroma of fresh spices fills the air. When I’m not enjoying these dishes, I love to take a trip to the coast and grab a bake and shark at Triniciti Roti Shop in Queens, which many from the diaspora rave about. It’s a taste of home that reminds me of the good times shared with family and friends.
