In my downtime, you can often find me indulging in some of our local delicacies. From the sweetness of homemade black cake to savoring a plate of fried fish with rice and peas, I believe there's nothing quite like the flavors of home. Of course, nothing beats a leisurely evening by the river, sharing stories with friends over a glass of our finest rum, reminiscing about the vibrant culture that binds us—whether you're in Guyana or watching from afar in the UK or elsewhere!
