Greetings! I’m Bibi Akbar, a proud resident of Essequibo 377 North New Scheme in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a passionate advocate for our local cuisine, I love sharing traditional dishes like pepperpot and roti, which evoke fond memories of family gatherings and celebrations. Having spent significant time with family abroad, I understand the importance of our diaspora connection.
