Greetings! My name is Brentnol Babb, and I proudly call Essequibo my home. Nestled along the 35 Public Road in Tushen, Pomeroon-Supenaam, I embrace the rich cultural heritage that Guyana has to offer. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of pepperpot at family gatherings or sharing stories of our lush landscapes, I am deeply connected to the warmth and vibrancy of our local community. From the majestic Essequibo River to the colorful markets filled with spices and fresh produce, every corner of our region tells a story.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I keenly appreciate the bonds formed beyond our shores. My experiences reflect a unique blend of local pride and global connection. I often find myself engaging with fellow Guyanese around the world, celebrating our traditions and achievements. Like many, I enjoy reminiscing about our beloved homes, whether it’s mentioning Upper Pomeroon or discussing the nuances of our history and geography. It's amazing how a common love for our homeland resonates with so many, regardless of where we are.

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
