Greetings! My name is Caleb Benjamin, and I proudly call the Pomeroon region of Guyana my home. Nestled in the lush landscapes of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I cherish the vibrant culture and rich heritage that our community embodies. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the local flavors, whether it's the spicy pepperpot during Christmas or the sweet, refreshing taste of soursop juice from the markets. Each corner of our community, from the River Heathfield to the Lower Pomeroon River Grant, has its own story, and I love sharing these tales with anyone who visits.
As a resident of Pomeroon, I’ve seen our corner of Guyana evolve over the years. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
