Greetings! My name is Carmen Correia, and I proudly call Pom River, Siriki in the Upper Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Growing up amidst the lush greenery, I’ve developed a profound appreciation for the bountiful produce that Guyana offers, from fresh cassava to ripe plantains, which are staples in our cuisine and central to our cultural identity.
