Greetings from the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana! My name is Christopher Behary, and I proudly call Regina Essequibo Coast my home. Growing up amidst the lush greenery and vibrant rivers of this land, I have always been immersed in the rich culture and traditions that define our Guyanese identity. From the aromatic spices of our beloved pepperpot to the vibrant festivities of Mashramani, my life has been a celebration of the flavors and rhythms that make Guyana unique.
As a resident of 98 Chinese Lock Street, I often find myself sharing stories with neighbors about the striking similarities between Guyana and our neighboring country, Surinam.
