Hello, my name is Clayton Fredericks, and I hail from the beautiful Essequibo Mainstay Lake in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a proud Guyanese, I embrace the vibrant culture and rich traditions that our country embodies. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and the serene waters of Essequibo, I have a deep appreciation for our local delicacies, particularly the sweet guinep and mouth-watering pepperpot that remind me of family gatherings and celebrations.
