Hello! I’m Craningburg Lewis, a proud Guyanese from the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up in a land where the mighty Pomeroon River flows, I’ve been deeply inspired by the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage that surround me. As a laborer, I embrace the hardworking spirit of my fellow Guyanese, whether it’s navigating the bustling markets in Georgetown or engaging with the friendly locals at Kumaka Landing. We may joke about our driving skills—“Lord no side mirrors!”—but that’s just part of the charm that comes with living in a land where laughter and community go hand in hand. In my downtime, I love to explore the diverse flavors of our culinary delights, always ready to whip up a batch of cook-up rice or indulge in some fresh fish from the river.
