Hello! I’m Curtis Williams, a proud carpenter from Mission in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up here, I’ve been deeply influenced by the warmth and resilience of our people, the vibrant culture, and the lush landscapes that make our country so unique. Food is a big part of my life, and like many Guyanese, I have a soft spot for Sybil's and the iconic dishes that remind us of home. From pepperpot to roti, these flavors tell a story of community and family gatherings that resonate with everyone, especially those of us living abroad. I often reminisce about the shared meals with friends and family during holidays, where laughter and stories flow as freely as the homemade ginger beer.
