Hello! I’m Damion Gonsalves, a proud resident of Mission in the lush Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the vibrant landscapes and rich cultural heritage of my homeland, I have always been deeply connected to the traditions and flavors that define our way of life. Whether it’s enjoying a plate of freshly made roti (pronounced "raw tee," of course!) or indulging in the sweet tang of pineapple sprinkled with a hint of salt, I find joy in the simple pleasures that our local cuisine offers.
