Hello! I’m Daniel Rajkoomar, a dedicated fisherman from the beautiful Coast Sand Line Andrews in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the mesmerizing waters of the Pomeroon River, fishing has not only been my livelihood but also my passion. I often find myself reminiscing about the vibrant local markets filled with fresh catch and the delicious aromas of our traditional dishes like pepperpot and metemgee. These flavors bring a piece of home to anyone from our diaspora, reminding us of sun-soaked days by the river and family gatherings over hearty meals.
