Hello! I’m David Fraser, a proud Guyanese from the beautiful Pomeroon region in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this land, where the lush greenery meets the rich culture of our people. As a miner, I work hard to provide for my community and contribute to the development of our beloved Guyana. I have a deep appreciation for our natural resources and the vibrant life they sustain.
Growing up, I spent countless days enjoying our local delicacies, like pepperpot and roti, and sharing stories over a plate of cook-up rice with family and friends. You’ll often find me embracing our traditions, whether it’s at a family gathering or during a festive celebration, connecting with my heritage and the vibrant spirit of our community. It's essential to me that we not only preserve our culture but also advocate for awareness around environmental issues and the well-being of our people.
As I look ahead, I hope to see Guyana flourish, with improvements in education and mental health support for those in need.
