Growing up in Guyana, I have a profound appreciation for our local delicacies, like the mouthwatering roti and doubles that make our culinary scene so special. I also take pride in our beautiful landscapes, from the serene banks of the Essequibo River to the lush wilderness that surrounds us, reminding me daily of the natural wonders that make our country unique.
