Hello! I’m Errol France, a proud miner from Anna Regina in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up in this vibrant community has shaped my deep appreciation for our lush landscapes, from the majestic Kaieteur Falls to the winding Essequibo River. Food plays a central role in my life and culture.
