I often reminisce about the lively conversations at St. Monica and the warm smiles of my neighbors, which remind me that no matter where we are, our culture binds us together. I’ve even heard from friends in the diaspora who can't find Chinese food as good as what's served right here in Guyana, and I wholeheartedly agree!
