Greetings! I’m Genroy English, a proud Guyanese currently residing in the beautiful Pomeroon region, specifically in Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a dedicated jetman, my work keeps me close to the heart of our vibrant rivers and lush landscapes. Growing up surrounded by the rich diversity of our culture, from the flavorful dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice to the breathtaking sights of the Essequibo River, I’ve developed a profound appreciation for both our heritage and the challenges we face as a nation.
Living in Guyana, I’m often reminded of the complexities we navigate daily—some might even say it’s a bit rough around the edges. Yet, it’s the warmth and resilience of our people that shine through. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
