Hello! I’m Hayland Handy, a proud miner hailing from the lush Pomeroon region in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant culture of our land, I’ve always appreciated the rich flavors of our traditional dishes like pepperpot and metemgee.
