Hello! I’m Heimraj Hirawan, a proud Guyanese welder living in the beautiful Coast Demerara area, specifically on 95 Third Street East in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the rich culture of Guyana, I've always embraced the flavors of our cuisine—from the delightful sweetness of jalabi to the savory goodness of cook-up rice, which never fails to bring a smile to my face.
