Hello! I’m Hilton Edwards, a proud Guyanese and a dedicated jetman hailing from the picturesque Jacklow Upper Pom in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up in this vibrant part of Guyana, I’ve always been surrounded by the lush beauty of our rainforest and the rich culture that defines our nation. Whether it's enjoying a good plate of pepperpot during the holidays or sharing sweet memories of the Pomeroon River, my roots run deep in this amazing land.
As a jetman, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to connect with people from various backgrounds, both here in Guyana and across the diaspora. It's heartwarming to see how our community stays tightly knit, despite the distance. I often reminisce about the lively street fairs and the aroma of freshly fried fish and bake wafting through the air. These experiences remind me that whether you’re in the heart of Georgetown or anywhere in the world, the spirit of Guyana is never far away.
