Greetings! I’m Jacob Kellawan, a dedicated boat builder from Jacklow Upper Pomeroon, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up along the banks of the Pomeroon River, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rich natural resources and vibrant culture of my homeland. In my spare time, you’ll find me enjoying local delicacies, especially a hearty plate of duck curry from the renowned Jackdawshe restaurant. I cherish sharing meals with family and friends, often reminiscing about the lush landscapes of Essequibo and the lively markets where you can find anything from fresh produce to handmade crafts.
