Hello! I’m Indranie Lall, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from Perseverance Estate in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant landscapes of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep love for our rich culture and traditions. From the lush rivers that meander through our land to the bustling markets filled with the aromas of curry and fresh fish, every aspect of my home reflects the warmth and resilience of our people. Despite some challenges we face, such as economic hurdles that make homeownership seem out of reach for many, our community remains strong and hopeful. I often reminisce about my childhood, where days spent by the river with friends are etched in my memory. These experiences shape who I am today, fueling my desire to uplift those around me.
