As a farmer, I have deep roots in the fertile soil of Pomeroon-Supenaam, where I cultivate a variety of crops that reflect the rich agricultural heritage of Guyana. There’s nothing quite like sharing a plate of duck curry or puris and chana masala with friends and family, and I enjoy bringing these dishes to life in my kitchen, just as my ancestors did.
