Hello! I’m Kameta Chaitram, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. My heart beats for the vibrant culture of our land, from the lush green landscapes to the rhythm of our folk music. I cherish the simple joys of life here, like sharing a plate of salt fish and bake with family and friends, often while reminiscing about our rich history and unique traditions.
As an active member of the Guyanese community, both locally and in the diaspora, I love connecting with fellow Guyanese who are scattered around the world. Whether it’s exchanging stories with those in Canada or Brazil or celebrating our shared heritage, I find joy in our collective experiences. I take pride in knowing that Guyana is making its mark on the global stage, often referred to as the "Land of Many Waters" and recognized for our “black gold” resources.
