Hello! I’m Krishna Lakeram, a proud farmer from the lush and vibrant Essequibo Tapakuma Supenaam, nestled in the heart of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the rich natural beauty of Guyana, I have always found joy in the land. From nurturing crops to sharing our bounties with the community, farming is not just my occupation; it’s my way of life. Whether it's planting cassava or harvesting fresh fruits, I strive to promote sustainable practices that honor our environment and our rich cultural heritage.
As a Guyanese, I embrace the warmth and vibrancy of our traditions, especially when it comes to our beloved cuisine. While pepperpot holds a special place for Christmas gatherings, everyday meals often feature delicious curried chicken, dhall, and oil roti that fill our homes with incredible aromas.
