Hello! I’m Kumar Moses, an operator based in the vibrant Essequibo Coast, specifically at the 395 Extension Scheme in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this beautiful land known for its lush landscapes and rich cultural diversity. Growing up here, I’ve been surrounded by the warmth of our people and the aromatic spices that fill our kitchens, especially during festive times when pepperpot, a traditional Guyanese dish, graces our tables—though I must admit, it’s not my favorite!
Being a proud Guyanese, I cherish the connection with my homeland, whether it’s through the simple joys of life or our shared history. The stories of our ancestors and the beauty of landmarks like the Pomeroon River remind me daily of the resilience and spirit of our people. I often engage with the diaspora community, sharing experiences and insights about our unique culture and heritage. It's heartwarming to hear comments like “God bless Guyana!” that reflect our collective hopes for a brighter future.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the local rivers and islands, such as River Sally Island and Wakapau, where the breathtaking scenery never fails to inspire.
