Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Liza Persaud, and I am a dedicated teacher residing on the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically at 01 School Street in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana has deeply influenced my commitment to education and cultural preservation. I believe that fostering a love for learning is essential for our youth, as they are the future torchbearers of our rich heritage.

There's nothing quite like the taste of fresh guinep or a hearty plate of cook-up rice that reminds me of home.
