Hello! My name is Mark Sinclair, and I proudly call the beautiful region of Pomeroon-Supenaam my home, right along the vibrant Coast 252 Ptolemy Avenue. As a dedicated labourer, I’ve spent my life working hard to support my family and contribute to our community. Guyana's rich cultural diversity and natural beauty inspire my daily life, from the lush landscapes of the Essequibo River to the lively atmosphere of local gatherings.
Growing up here, I've developed a deep appreciation for our delectable cuisine. There's nothing quite like enjoying some homemade rice with chicken and shrimp, or a good curry that sparks lively debates about the best preparation style. I often find myself reminiscing about the flavors that connect us, and I love sharing these culinary experiences with friends and family, whether here in Guyana or through our diaspora. It's a joy to connect with others who share that love for our culture, whether they are Guyanese or from the wider Caribbean community.
Through my work and connections, I strive to foster a sense of unity and pride among my fellow Guyanese. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
