Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, from the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the savory delights of our cuisine, like pepperpot and duck curry, which reflect the diverse influences that shape our nation's culinary landscape.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I’ve seen firsthand the passion that our community carries, whether in discussions about our unique Creole language or sharing memories of home-cooked meals that warm the heart.
