Hello! My name is Meera Boodhoo, and I'm a passionate teacher residing in the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically at 48 Avalon Street Anna, in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant culture of Guyana, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich heritage, from the mouthwatering flavors of local dishes like pepperpot and roti to the breathtaking sights along the Upper Pomeroon River.
As an educator, I strive to instill in my students not only a love for learning but also a sense of pride in our unique Guyanese identity.
