Living in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I am surrounded by the vibrant sounds of the Essequibo River and the lush landscapes that shape our daily lives. Food plays an integral role in our culture, from the rich flavors of cook-up rice to the delightful sweetness of fresh pineapple.
