Hello! My name is Jagnanan, and I’m a proud fisherman from Sparta, located on the beautiful East Bank of the Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush waterways and rich biodiversity of our land has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the natural world. The Pomeroon River is not just my workplace; it’s my home, where I’ve learned the art of fishing from my family and community.
