Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Paul Gouveia, and I am a proud farmer from Charity in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Surrounded by lush landscapes and the vibrant sounds of nature, my work involves cultivating not just crops, but also a deep connection with the land and my community. From harvesting fresh plantains to tending to our beloved cassava, I find joy in the fruits of my labor and the rich culinary traditions that stem from them.
