Hello! I’m Ramjeet Persaud, a proud Guyanese currently serving as a security guard at Coast JE19 Public Road in Jib, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up near the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, my roots run deep in this vibrant community, where the warmth of family and friends is matched only by the rich flavors of our local cuisine, from spicy pepperpot to the sweet delight of roti and curry.
Having lived through the unique experiences that our country offers, I cherish the memories of my childhood spent in our tight-knit villages, where everyone knows each other, and the sounds of laughter linger in the air. My heart beats in rhythm with the flowing rivers that crisscross our land, each one telling stories of our ancestors and the beauty of our rich cultural heritage.
