Greetings! My name is Ramkumarie Ramlagan, and I am a dedicated teacher based in Coastal Airy Hall, located in the picturesque Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the rich greenery of our land and the vibrant sounds of local markets, I developed a deep appreciation for the cultural heritage and diversity that Guyana embodies. From the mouthwatering aroma of curry chicken and dal puri wafting through the air at family gatherings to the lively celebrations during festivals, my roots are firmly planted in the heart of our community.
As an educator, I strive to instill a sense of pride in my students about their heritage and to highlight the importance of our local foods and landmarks.
