There’s something special about sharing a plate of pepperpot or cook-up rice with family and friends, and hearing the stories that connect us all, whether we’re in Guyana or celebrating our heritage in the diaspora. I often reminisce about the remarkable churches around us, which are a testament to our faith and resilience as a people.
