Hello! My name is Rita Emanuel, and I am proud to call River Massarie Settlement in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a dedicated farmer, I work the fertile lands that have been nurtured by the rich culture and traditions of Guyana. My days are filled with the joys of planting and harvesting, and I take great pride in contributing to our local economy while supporting the essential roots of our community.
Growing up in Guyana, I have always been surrounded by the vibrant celebrations that unite us, like Mashramani, where we come together in colorful parades and joyous festivities. I cherish the moments spent cheering for our national cricket team, feeling the pulse of our nation in every match. Whether it's enjoying a delicious plate of pepperpot during the holidays or relaxing by the Pomeroon River, the beauty of our landscapes and the warmth of our people inspire me daily.
