Greetings! My name is Raymond Thomas, a proud labourer residing in Lower Pom River on Myrie Island, Wakapau, in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush greenery and vibrant river life, I have developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture and traditions. The aroma of freshly cooked pepperpot and the sweet taste of homemade cassava bread always remind me of home, and I cherish sharing these culinary delights with my family and friends.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the importance of staying connected to our roots.
