Growing up in the lush landscapes of Guyana, I've always been surrounded by the rich culture and vibrant community that defines our beautiful country. From the sweet aroma of pepperpot simmering on Christmas mornings to the lively sounds of music echoing from the streets, every moment is a celebration of our heritage. Whether it's enjoying a meal of cook-up rice by the Pomeroon River or reminiscing about the lively markets of Lower Pomeroon, my roots run deep in this land.
As a laborer, I strive to contribute to my community and uphold the values that make us who we are.
