Hello! My name is Rickliff English, and I proudly call Lower Akawini, nestled in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, my home. Living in Pom River, I often reminisce about the simple joys of life, like swinging in a hammock while watching chickens forage in the backyard or gathering with friends to enjoy the festive vibes of a local lime. The connection to our land and each other is something I treasure, as it reminds me of the strength and resilience of the Guyanese spirit.
