Hello! I’m Rohinie Persaud, a proud resident of Wakenaam, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of our nation, I cherish the rich culture and traditions that define us. From the sweet aromas of curry and pepperpot wafting through my neighborhood to the lively gatherings at the River Parika Island, every moment is a celebration of life in our unique corner of South America.
As someone deeply connected to my roots, I enjoy sharing the warmth and hospitality that Guyanese people are known for.
