Greetings! My name is Rooplall Mohanlall, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home. Living at 25 Middle Street in Cullen, Pomeroon-Supenaam, I immerse myself in the vibrant culture of Guyana. We may be a Caribbean country, but our unique blend of heritage, from the rhythms of chutney music to the tantalizing spices in our pepperpot, truly reflects our distinct identity within the Caribbean landscape.
As a labourer, I appreciate the hard work that goes into every aspect of life here, whether it’s tending to the lush rice fields or indulging in the delicious offerings at local spots like Sybil’s and Veggie Castle.
