Hello! I’m Seline Simon, proud resident of Pomeroon in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage. Whether it's enjoying the sweet taste of a freshly made pepperpot or gathering with friends for a lively cook-up along the banks of the Pomeroon River, food and fellowship are at the heart of my life here.
