Greetings! I'm Clinton Sutton, a dedicated miner from the vibrant region of Manawarin in Barima-Waini, Guyana. Growing up in the lush landscapes of the northwest, I have always been surrounded by the rich culture and natural beauty that define our homeland. The mesmerizing Pomeroon River and the breathtaking views of Lower Pom River are not just places to me; they are integral parts of my identity. Beyond work, I enjoy gathering with friends and family to share a hearty meal of pepperpot or cook-up rice, which are staples that bring us together and remind us of our roots.
As a proud Guyanese, I am deeply connected to our diverse heritage, which reflects the influences of our Indian, African, and Indigenous ancestors.
